Last nights run got me back in the mind set of hitting the pavement. It was sunny and a little warmer than a usual winter day so I ran around my neighborhood. I live on a big hill and either direction that I turn out of my driveway is filled with hills but I try to embrace it and know that when I have a killer ass this summer it will be worth it lol. Anyways, I got in a great 2.5 mile run of all hills then came home and did some arm and abs exercises. I’m also going to a yoga class soon!!!
