We are getting a huge blizzard in New York and it started snowing before I could get to the gym but snow won’t stop me…well the new me. The old me would have started my Netflix, cooked a bunch of food and hit the couch. Who am I kidding?! I’m still doing all of that later just with healthy food and after a great workout.

I hit the elliptical for 30 minutes and did Arm and Ab strength training for about 25 minutes after breakfast. I am obsessed with almond butter so I put two tablespoons on a whole wheat English muffin toasted with a banana on top. Yum!! Post workout I made this yummy smoothie with almond milk, whey protein, blueberries, strawberries, flax, coconut oil and chia seeds!!!
